Fantastic experience so far! Done contract stage and now just got the slab down. Ivan has been always there when I need him. The problems I went though from the levels not being right on the block to builder trying to get extra money out of me for site cost. Ivan got it all fixed and addressed all concerns. My Building 101 are very professional and their reports are very precise with a lot of attention to details .The reports are very explicit easy to understand and they give good advice on how to proceed with the builder after getting the reports.
